Delivery

The delivery of the Products ordered by the Customer cannot take place until the latter has made actual payment of the amount referred to in Article 6.1 above.

The Products can be delivered in the following geographical areas: Metropolitan France, Corsica, Switzerland, European Union: according to the supplier's delivery terms.

Upon confirmation of the order and payment by the Customer, the Products will be shipped according to the mode, to the address, with a period of 4 to 7 working days added to the delivery period appearing in the order summary with the corresponding invoice.

In this regard, the Customer undertakes to make every effort to ensure proper receipt of the Products on the day of delivery. The cost relating to any new delivery will be borne by the Customer. In addition, in the event of a delivery error resulting from the communication of inaccurate information by the Customer (place of delivery, accessibility of the place or any other problem) resulting in the need to make a new delivery, the related costs will be invoiced. to the client.

In the event of the Seller's prior agreement, the Customer may collect the Products ordered from the place indicated by the Seller.

The delivery times provided for when ordering are only indicative depending on the availability of the Products ordered and the delivery times applied by the Seller's partners. During commercially busy periods, such as the holiday season, the deadlines indicated may be extended.

 

Delays in delivery, as far as they are reasonable, cannot give rise to any right to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, the Customer will however be entitled to request the resolution of the sale, the deposits already paid will be returned to him by the Seller.

In the event of delivery outside mainland France, the Customer will be considered the importer of the Products and required to comply with the regulations of the country of delivery, it being specified that cross-border deliveries may, if necessary, be subject to an opening procedure and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Delivery is at your expense depending on the weight of the package and will be indicated to you when confirming your order. You understand and agree that Veganee.gf cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from delivery such as theft, loss, delay or other problem resulting from the shipment of the order.

No warranty and right of return

The number and condition of the Products must be verified by the Customer at the time of delivery. In the event of an error during the delivery of the order only (incorrect quantity, wrong category of cookies), unwanted delivered products may be returned as described in this article. The shipping costs associated with a return are at our expense.

To exercise this right of return, however, it is your responsibility to contact the Seller's customer service without delay within 5 working days and to indicate your order number, your personal information and the reasons for the return, with a view to improving our Services in particular. Customer service will tell you how to return your order.

Following your return, we will do our best to ensure the delivery of your order in correction of the error. If, however, you do not wish to obtain this new delivery, the Seller will offer you a credit note which will be credited directly to your Customer Account which you can deduct from your next order (s) on the Site without a minimum amount of purchase and within 6 months.

Upon receipt of a returned product, Veganee.gf will verify it. Once the return conditions have been fulfilled and respected and if you have chosen the option of a credit note, we will do so within approximately 7 working days.

Unless the exclusive responsibility of the Seller is incontestably established or if it is expressly recognized by the Seller, the costs and risks of return will be borne by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return if the Products are not in their original condition.

If the Customer fails to comply with the above procedure, the Customer will be deemed to have waived any action against the Seller and / or the carrier and to have received the goods in conformity and in good condition. The Seller will therefore not accept any complaint, return or request for credit from the Customer.

Subject to any applicable legal provision, in particular with regard to public health on foodstuffs, the Seller excludes any guarantee on its part regarding the products ordered via the Site.
